Creative Director of The Force Dance Company Beyond the stage, Kim is a deeply dedicated educator and mentor. For more than three decades, she has inspired, trained, and shaped the next generation of dancers. Kim achieved her dream of performing as an iconic Radio City Rockette in the Great Radio City Spectacular at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas (starring alongside Susan Anton and Maurice Hines), as well as the legendary Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City. She toured A Chorus Line nationally as Kristine and performed at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. Notably, she learned this legendary role directly from Baayork Lee, an original Broadway cast member. Her extensive stage credits also include beloved classics like Cabaret, West Side Story, Follies, and Robin Hood. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. Kim has choreographed countless recitals, pageants, and competitive routines. Under her guidance and training, her students have captured numerous prestigious awards for performance, technique, and choreography. In 1999, she was recognized for her outstanding leadership and impact on youth sports and arts and was named the "Sports Businesswoman of Hunterdon County" by the Women's Forum Chamber of Commerce. While she is no longer teaching in the classroom, Kim is so proud of the incredible faculty she's brought together to carry on her vision. Whether our team is training future professionals or helping our youngest dancers discover the pure joy of movement, she is excited to watch the students thrive and to continue supporting our wonderful studio family as the owner! |
