Instructor and Choreographer for The Force Dance Company
Website Manager Dance Instructor Anna LaMorte began dancing at the age of 4 years old and became a member of The Force Dance Company in 2008 where she intensely studied and competed in jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. Anna continued her dance studies in college where she attended Mason Gross School of the Arts and studied modern, ballet, afro fusion, kinesiology and eurythmics. Anna graduated Rutgers University in May of 2023 where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Minor in Business Administration. With 19 years of training, she wishes to continue to spread her love of dance to generations to come. Anna’s interest in choreography began at age 16 when she was selected among a group of girls to choreograph a dance for multiple regional competitions. Her dance “River” placed the highest adjudication possible, diamond, and 3rd place overall. Since then, Anna has continued to choreograph dances for competitions, weddings and talent shows. Anna is always looking to expand her dance knowledge and frequently participates in classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City and MoveCj in East Brunswick. |
