Pick Up and Drop Off

Parents and guardians may drop off their dancers at the front entrance or walk them inside. We encourage dancers to arrive 5-10 minutes before their classes scheduled start time. Their teacher will greet them at the front desk and bring them to class.

Parents and guardians are welcome to stay at the studio during class. Those who would like to wait while their dancer is in class may utilize the lobby or any additional seating throughout the studio. Staying at the studio is not required, and parents are welcome to drop off their dancer and return at pick-up time.
For our younger dancers, we recommend that a parent or trusted adult remain nearby during class, particularly in case they need assistance with using the restroom or have another need that requires a parent’s help. However, staying for class is ultimately at the parent or guardian’s discretion.

Please plan for your dancer’s ride to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled end of class.

Dress Code

Adults
Attire is more flexible. No baggy shirts or sweat pants. 
Athletic clothes are encouraged.

Hair
Long hair must be secured tight in a ponytail or bun.

*Big shirts or anything baggy/over sized will not be allowed in any classes. Please remove any jewelry such as bracelets, long necklaces and hoop/dangle earrings before class*
NO GUM OR FOOD ALLOWED IN STUDIOS! 
Proper dress code must be observed or students will be dismissed from class.

​*Please note that missed classes can be made up my attending a similar class. Broadway Bound does not refund or prorate for missed classes.* Please speak with your teacher to schedule a make-up class for illness and other necessary absences.

Tuition

Tuition Structure:
Tuition is billed monthly. Prices below reflect one month's tuition for weekly classes.

​One Time Registration Fee: $20 first dancer, $10 additional dancers in family

Payment System

Tuition is due the first week of each month. A $20 late fee will be charged to your account automatically for late tuition.

Recurring payments via credit or debit are now our NEW and simplified primary option of tuition monthly payments. Clients: please log into or create your account here and update with a credit/debit card. When activated, all recurring payment accounts will be charged with the credit/debit card on file for the full balance due on the account. This includes any outstanding registration fees, tuition, costumes, late fees, etc. The system will not bill a set amount every month, only the balance due that month (monthly tuition + fees or charges due that month); therefore, it will not charge for any fees not incurred or for charges already pre-paid. You will only be billed through the system if you have a positive account balance. Access your account at any time to see pending charges to be billed on the 1st, as well as past payments. Contact us immediately with any questions about your charges.

If a tuition check bounces you will be liable for any bank fees paid to Broadway Bound Dance Inc.

If you wish to withdraw your child form Broadway Bound Dance Center you must submit a written request to Kim Helfrich by December 1, 2026 to receive your June 2027 tuition. June 2027 tuition will not be refunded if we do not receive a note by the due date.
